Therapy with me is a little like sitting with a close friend, where you can open up without fear of judgment and feel safe being fully yourself. My hope is that you feel genuinely connected to the person sitting across from you and know that your story, your experiences, and all the different parts of who you are will be met with safety, respect, and genuine care. Together, we’ll create space for you to feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that best serves you.
