Services

I provide individual therapy for driven, capable adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship and attachment concerns, body image struggles, and life transitions. Many of my clients are balancing demanding roles — in their careers, families, and relationships — while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.

In our work together, we focus on both insight and practical tools. You’ll learn more effective ways to manage anxious symptoms, reduce emotional overwhelm, and respond to stress with greater steadiness - while also working together to understand the root of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism.

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness. That means we don’t just talk through problems — we also pay attention to how stress and anxiety show up in your body and nervous system. By increasing awareness of those patterns, you can begin to shift them with more clarity and self-trust.

When trauma is part of your experience, our work is trauma-informed and paced thoughtfully. We move with care, honoring your nervous system and creating safety as we explore what’s been carried for a long time.

Whether you’re seeking anxiety therapy, support through a life transition, help navigating relationship patterns, or a healthier relationship with your body, therapy offers a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change — without having to hold it all together alone.

Therapy for Anxiety

Therapy can help you better understand your anxiety, respond to it with more compassion, and feel more grounded in your daily life. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, build supportive tools, and create space for a calmer, more connected version of you.

Life Transitions

Life transitions - like changing careers, becoming a parent, or navigating a new chapter - can bring up uncertainty, stress, and a loss of identity. Therapy offers a space to process these changes, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and support.
